A Message from our Board Chairperson

Dear Friends,

It is with pleasure that I welcome you to the Dr. Roz’s Healing Place. As Board President, I am proud to represent this fine organization as it continues to forge ahead on the path to help eradicate violence. I have been moved by the collective efforts of funders, staff, volunteers and community members to create a safe space for survivors of domestic violence. DRHP is more than just a centre for crises intervention, it is truly a place that brings compassion and kindness to the difficult journey abused women and children embark on after leaving their violent homes. In the years that I have been involved with this agency, I have seen so many lives changed for the better because of the hard work and dedication of everyone in the DRHP family.

I am very excited about the wonderful direction we are headed in and invite you to come with us and support this worthy cause. Being a part of the DRHP Board of Directors is an honour and a privilege that I am pleased to share with our dynamic members.

Thank you for your fine support and your interest in helping survivors of domestic violence continue to thrive and move forward from their difficult past. We need each and every one of you to continue to make sure that the voices of our clients are heard.
